Mechanical ventiation no filler- Spray Cooling Tower

It is the new generation of circulating Water Cooling Tower, designed by our company and Fudan University based on the traditional Cooling Tower. 

This series of cooling towers, relying on  fan(at the top of tower), force  air outside into the tower throught the inlet blinds(at the botton of tower ). Hot water evenly was distributed to the various atomizer from the distribution system. Then it sprays and atomizes through the spray nozzles. It rise with air and fo heat exchange. During this process it become droplet. These droplet are into the natural fall by gravity after rising to a certain height, when through anither heat exchange with the rising cold air, hot and humid air would be exhausted, the cooling water would be collected and into water pool.

(1) YJDWL-150~1000 (P) series  spary cooling tower data   (D means low temperature cooling 37℃~41℃) (P means the cooling tower has basin)

 (2) YJGWL-100~700 (P) series  spary cooling tower data   (G means high temperature cooling 42℃~60℃) (P means the cooling tower has basin)

The Small Cooling Tower is packed by wooden case, if the large cooling tower, we packed it in wooden tray. 

If the cooling tower is too big and we need use the whole container, we shipping it in bulk.
